Modern boilers have very low water content, making them vulnerable to accumulated deposits (dirt) causing boiler failure. The main reason for appliance breakdown is this dirty water.

System cleansing and water treatment is now vital and necessary to the welfare and prolonged existence of the boiler/chiller plant.

The Magvent is comprised of a very fine stainless-steel strainer capable of removing air, microbubbles, and magnetite. Inside the body of our unit is also a high-gauss magnetic rod, these two elements combined together provide a very powerful cleaning device. As the water flows through the unit the magnetite is attracted to the magnetic rod and even the smallest particles down to 5 micron and less are collected. All magnetite which flows through the unit will be removed 100%.

CLEANVENT
Air & Dirt Separators

Modern boilers have very low water content, making them vulnerable to accumulated deposits (dirt) causing boiler failure. The main reason for appliance breakdown is this dirty water.

System cleansing and water treatment is now vital and necessary to the welfare and prolonged existence of the boiler/chiller plant.

The Cleanvent combines the removal of air and dirt through a single unit. Installed at the hottest point in the system, the Cleanvent will eliminate microbubbles from heating and chilled water systems. It is also used to remove dirt particles from heating and chilled water systems. Installed it will eliminate all dirt particles down to 5 microns.

Combined Air (Deaerator) & Dirt Separator

Removes 99% of air, dirt and magnetite in just one pass.

Installed at the hottest point in the system, the special design of the filter will ensure that air, microbubbles and all types of dirt including magnetite down to 2-3 microns will be quickly removed from the system, minimising the time that the contaminants reside in the HVAC system.

Reasons to choose 1Pass.

  • Keeps the water within the system cleaner and free from contaminates by removing 99% of air, microbubbles and all types of dirt including magnetite down to 2-3 microns.
  • As the water within the system is cleaner, it helps prevent the system corroding after initial install
  • The unit works exceptionally well at higher pressures than the competition; 6 bar within heating systems and 4 bar within chilled water for microbubble removal.
  • Made in stainless steel which offers numerous benefits over mild steel
  • Due to the smooth surface of stainless steel, sludge and dirt is flushed quicker and easier from the system.
  • The associated lifecycle costs are reduced as stainless steel is inert in water, meaning minimum downtime and reduced costs for inspection, maintenance and repair.
  • EASYTREAT
    QuickStick Chemical Dosing Pot

An innovative and environmentally friendly water treatment solution for Heating & Cooling water systems.

    Easier to Install

The time required to install and dose the system is considerably less than conventional dosing pots.

    Lower Lifecycle Costs

Due to the unit’s resistance to corrosion which limits the degradation in service, downtime is reduced which lowers the cost for inspection, maintenance and repair.

    Easier to Use

The EasyTreat solid chemicals can be loaded into the filter basket in one go as they gradually dissolve and circulate around the system. This is unlike conventional dosing pots which need the chemical to be loaded several times.

    Reduced Energy Costs

Stainless steel has a smooth surface which results in the unit requiring less energy to pump water around the system. This benefit also results in sludge and dirt being flushed more quickly and easily from the system while using minimal amount of water.
